The Nation's Leading Resource For Micro-Business

The NASE was founded in 1981 to provide day-to-day support, benefits and consolidated buying power that traditionally had been available only to large corporations. Today, the NASE represents hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs and micro-businesses, and is the largest nonprofit, nonpartisan association of its kind in the United States.

Learn more about the current work the NASE is doing on your behalf through legislative advocacy, cost-saving benefits and educational resources through the links below. To learn more about the NASE’s history and governance, follow the links to the left.

Since its beginning in 1981, the National Association for the Self-Employed has pioneered support for micro-businesses and the self-employed, while helping to define this important part of the American economy.
